​Now called 'Kunzea Pain Relief Cream' instead of 'Kunzea Cream' to clearly demonstrate the primary use - for 'pain relief'.

Rosemary and Lavender have been added to the formulation to enhance the Kunzea Oil. Both of these ingredients will generally improve the anti-inflammatory properties of the Kunzea Pain Relief Cream.

The Rosemary Antioxidant Extract has been added to improve its effectiveness, particularly for mild nerve pain, neuralgia and sciatica.

Tasmanian Lavender Oil has been added at a very small amount to improve its effectiveness, particularly for enhancing vitality and relieving feelings of general unease. In addition, this will help to slightly soften the scent of the cream for those who thought it was a bit strong, while also ensuring it still has that fresh and invigorating scent of the Kunzea plant.

Added Mixed Tocopherol, better known as Vitamin E, to enhance the moisturizing and nourishing benefits of the Kunzea Pain Relief Cream. It will help relieve skin irritations and support skin health.

We now donate 1% of all sales of the Kunzea Pain Relief Cream to "1% for the Planet".

These are the allowable formal therapeutic claims that can be made in Australia. However, these and other potential therapeutic benefits of Kunzea Oil have been expanded on in our blog post here. 

In addition, our Natural Kunzea Cream can also be used as an inflammation-fighting moisturizer. It will help nourish the skin and maintain the body in good condition.

Directions

Apply to affected area 3 to 4 times daily and rub gently in a circular motion until evenly spread and absorbed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Use only as directed. 

Active Ingredients

Australian Kunzea ambigua essential oil (100mg/g)

Australian Kunzea Oil is derived from the Kunzea ambigua plant that flourishes in the pristine wilderness of North-East Tasmania. It has a naturally clean, fresh and invigorating aroma.

It is the organic composition of Kunzea Oil that makes it so unique. A high content of several important C15 compounds gives Kunzea its special therapeutic uses and benefits.

Australian Kunzea Oil is the key active ingredient in Kunzea Cream (AUST L 294 644). It targets sore joints, and the aches and pains caused by arthritis, by being absorbed through the skin to target areas of inflammation. It is there that the active components of the oil trigger the body’s own healing process to relax the muscles and ease the pain.

Other Ingredients

Rose hip oil
For an oil so delicate in nature, Rose hip oil is extremely powerful and capable of adding strength and resiliency to your skin. We have added it to our Kunzea Cream to enhance its rich consistency and help heal your skin inside out. Rich in fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins A, B, C, and E, the rose hip oil will help to soothe and heal the most dehydrated and dry skin.

Coconut oil
This tropical treasure contains properties that hydrate and moisturises the skin. It brings nourishing antioxidants with it as the Kunzea Cream penetrates deep into your skin.

Macadamia oil
Macadamia oil contains nurturing and restoring properties that make it a perfect carrier oil for our pain relief cream.

Cocoa butter
Cocoa butter is great for naturally healing dry, sensitive skin. Its rich moisturizing properties leave the skin feeling soft and revived.

Shea butter
An ingredient that is synonymous with being moisturizing, Shea butter is an important ingredient in our Kunzea Cream. It will help soften dry, chapped skin and boost cell regeneration.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E benefits the skin by improving moisture and elasticity, acting as a natural anti-aging nutrient within your body. Studies have shown that Vitamin E helps to reduce inflammation both within your body and on your skin.
