Exchange & Returns policy 

If you are not 100% happy with your Dekara Jane purchase we will happily exchange it, it’s important to us that you LOVE your purchase.

If you require a different size, we are happy to hold the correct size for you to exchange once we receive your return if it’s available.

If the item is not suitable for you simply return your purchase for an online credit (e-gift card) providing the following conditions are met.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of posting
  • Items must have their tags, incidentals attached & be unworn, unwashed & in a saleable condition.
  • All sale items are final & cannot be returned or exchanged
  • We do not offer refunds

All postage costs for the return/exchange are at the customer’s expense.

We recommend returning your items via Express Post so it can get back to us as quickly as possible. Items are your responsibility until they reach Dekara Jane Fashion, so we recommend using postal tracking to ensure it arrives safely.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed & your online credit to be issued which is valid for 12 months. 

 

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you have a faulty or damaged product please email sherilyn75@bigpond.com please include a pictures of the fault.

Refunds

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Dekara Jane Fashion is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind.

If there is a major fault with your item we will first attempt to replace it. If this is not possible we will then happily offer you an online credit or refund.

If you used a Gift Card on your purchase, then the amount will be credited back on to a gift card & not refunded.
